Graphic Designer

We’re seeking an experienced graphic designer to join Perspektiiv Design Co. This role will begin as a freelance engagement, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position. While Colorado and Oregon-based designers are preferred, we’re open to a fully remote partnership for the right person.

We are a small, close-knit design studio that values quality over volume and depth over speed. Our culture is heart-driven, high caliber, and grounded in trust. We collaborate with inspiring founders, create work we’re proud to put our name on, and believe good design has the power to strengthen local communities and the businesses that shape them.

This role is best suited for a designer who values craftsmanship, clarity, and collaboration and who is excited by meaningful, people-first branding.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• 10-35 Hours Graphic Design Work / Week (Grows with time)

• Daily Team Communication on Slack

• Virtual Creative Meeting with Clients

• Monthly In-Person Team Meetings (Full Time)

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 5+ Years of experience as a graphic designer

• A genuine excitement about brand design, packaging design, and website design

• Punctuality for on-time deliverables and quick communication time for internal work and client-facing work

• An ability to interpret detailed strategy documents and apply them to your designs 

• An ability to take direction from creative director and lead designer

• A balance of an artistic point of view with a very detail-oriented mindset—strong layout skills, organizational abilities, and print-production skills 

• A drive for creativity and thinking outside the box coupled with a collaborative, team-focused mindset

• Ability to lead a client confidently through the design process of branding, packaging design, website design, and more

• An ability to connect with people

• An excitement for learning and growing in both creative skills and technical skills 

• Serious attention to detail and a solid understanding of branding and design principles

• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite for both digital and print 

• An impressive portfolio of work that features illustration

• An ability to bring brand design confidently into a cohesive website design

• A growth mindset focused on the well-being of the team and Perspektiiv Design Co.

• Strong commitment to deadlines, and on-time execution

• Ability to think creatively and showcase a variety of styles easily

• A+ Emailing Skills
