Alison is the visionary behind Perspektiiv, a design studio committed to empowering businesses and entrepreneurs to pursue their passions with purposeful & artistic brand design. With dual degrees in business art and graphic design from Fort Lewis College and Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design—and international studies in Berlin, Germany and the Baltics—Alison brings a worldly yet grounded perspective to each project. Since founding Perspektiiv in 2013, she has curated a talented team (meet them below!) who share her dedication to creating high-quality, thoughtfully crafted design that helps businesses thrive and communities flourish.

Beyond the studio, Alison loves to travel and explore the outdoors with her family—her adventurous son, Atlas, and their Australian Shepherd, Bear. The unique spelling of "Perspektiiv" is a nod to her Estonian heritage, reflecting her commitment to crafting brands that honor both individuality and legacy.

An artist at her core, Emma transforms entrepreneurial visions into unique and successful brand designs. An Oregon State graphic design and illustration graduate, Emma’s passion for art and small businesses led her to her vital role at PDCO. She guides our clients through the design journey with enthusiasm and expertise, ensuring impactful and memorable outcomes every time. From branding and packaging to website design, Emma works intuitively to translate our client's visions into designs that cultivate success. Outside of work, Emma finds inspiration in surfing with her dad and exploring new cultures through her travels around the world.

A passionate storyteller and strategic copywriter, Clare excels at helping brands discover their authentic voice and connect with their audience on a human level. From creating compelling brand names and taglines to crafting engaging website copy, Clare leads clients through the copy process with creativity and confidence. In her free time, she enjoys writing poetry and immersing herself in nature, whether in the backcountry or by the ocean.

Outside of design, Katie finds inspiration in the every day, enjoying time with loved ones and infusing her work with creativity from life’s small moments.

Beth is a highly organized and communicative designer who brings her passion for impactful, unique design to every client project. With experience from her time at Pendleton and now as a dedicated member of PDCO, Beth specializes in crafting memorable brands and collateral that resonate with clients’ visions. As the lead designer for our Perspektiiv Partner Program, she excels at delivering ongoing, top-quality graphic design services, ensuring each project aligns with the client's goals. When she’s not designing, Beth enjoys exploring new places on bike-packing adventures, teaching modern dance, or unwinding along the banks of the Willamette River.

With over 8 years of marketing and brand experience, Greg brings a wealth of expertise to Perspektiiv Design Co., having worked with high-profile brands like Subaru and Hydroflask. He specializes in crafting and executing social media strategies that amplify brand presence, foster engagement, and drive growth. Greg’s knack for creating impactful content and fostering brand connections makes him a key player in building long-lasting audience relationships. When he’s not developing strategies, you’ll find Greg behind his film camera or drone, capturing life’s moments, or enjoying outdoor adventures with his wife, Alison, and their son, Atlas—whether on the disc golf course or split-boarding at Mt. Hood.
